After all that you have been through to get your project pushed through planning, last thing you want to do is be double billed. Know the high and low values of your projects so you can plan better financially.
  3. Voicing The Project: Hire a voice for your project to deal with the City. Maybe you are not comfortable with hiring and firing. Avoid conflicts of interests before they start and hire a third party to voice your opinion.
  4. Mile Stones: Make sure that all parties are included in the direction of your projects. We can create meetings, schedule conference calls.  We handle all administrative aspects of the project.
