1. PROJECT ORGANIZATION: How many sets of plans needed. How many days it takes. How much will the permit and the plan check fees be?  This is case by case.
  2. MUNICIPAL ARRANGEMENTS: We coordinate and facilitate with owners, landlords and tenants. We fill out all paperwork to ensure accuracy.
  3. OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC): Always attempt to get the fastest review time. Over the counter review express appointments, overtime, multiple project submittals are not a problem.  We assert ourselves to push and pull!
  4. FLOW CHARTS: Every (14) days! We email and update the permit status. Same day updates on high priority projects when requested. 
  5. DELTA CHANGES: We will secure all corrections with the architects permission or send you ready to issue reports. We tell your contractor, architect or engineer exactly what the need is to pull the permit.
