There are two type of residential remodels that we specialize in at MTU:

Interior Remodel: No change to exterior. An interior remodel permit. This is a remodel that does not have any changes in the exterior. If there are interior changes and building structural modification is included this classifies as a major interior remodel. Interior remodel permits include relocation of fixtures, and electrical outlets, plumbing and mechanical components alike.

Exterior Remodel: Change to exterior. An exterior remodel permit has changes in the exterior especially windows, siding and envelop modification. Not all exterior permits are remodels. We re clear to define the difference in you permits once an analysis is performed.
